The last HOA meeting for the Spring season was held on April 9, 2018. Two items were purchased from the $6,000 appropriated from the money market account. A shed was purchased and placed in the compound for all the HOA items used for activities. Sun was generous to the HOA and waved the monthly fee for the shed to be in the compound. Thank you, Sun,!!! Six card tables were also purchased for use on Wednesday night cards. There is approximately $3,900 left and there were not any further suggestions. If you have any ideas, please submit them to any Board member.
All chairpersons make sure you put in a request to continue as the committee chair for the coming year.
Suzanne is getting more bids for a dog park she will let me know when they come in.
Jim Summers is emailing all chairpersons a couple days in advance to submit articles for the messenger. Please see that they are in by 4:00 PM on the 14th of the month. If you don't get them in nothing will be posted for that month.
A meeting was held for all street captains. If you wish to assist, please notify your captain and Ron Marani.
Social and Ways and Means need your help. Volunteer to assist or host an event or activity. A sheet has been posted on the bulletin board in the clubhouse.
Many snowbirds will be leaving soon, have a safe trip, an enjoyable summer and we look forward to seeing you back next fall.
